研究内容

课题组介绍:纤维素及甲壳素是典型的结晶性聚多糖,是自然界中储量最为丰富的天然大分子,它们主要存在于植物及节肢动物的外壳中。而纤维素及甲壳素分子间的内聚力很强,使其不能熔融且很难溶解,这很大程度上限制了相关生物质资源的开发利用。我们聚焦于利用绿色溶剂对其进行分子级溶解,调控其分子链的自聚集过程,对天然聚多糖材料的结构及功能进行设计,开发其在生物医药、热管理、光学领域的高值利用。

研究方向一:天然结晶性聚多糖材料的多尺度结构设计

自然界中储量最为丰富的生物质多糖——纤维素与甲壳素,因其较强的分子间作用力,导致分子链的自聚集行为难以有效调控。本研究团队致力于开发调控生物质多糖分子链间相互作用的新方法,以实现对其自聚集过程的有效控制,从而在多个尺度上调控生物质多糖材料的结构与性能。







研究方向二:天然结晶性聚多糖材料的功能化

天然结晶性聚多糖材料具有优良的力学性能、生物相容性及生物可降解性,在多个领域具有应用前景。本研究团队聚焦天然结晶性聚多糖的功能化改性,旨在通过化学修饰、物理处理等技术,开发高性能生物基材料,如能源领域的柔性器件、生物医学领域的智能载药系统及环境修复中的高效吸附材料等,推动绿色材料的多维功能集成与高端应用。
